Profile
Established as an independent in 2002, Bead Technologies Ltd began as
a supplier to blue chip automotive manufacturers.
Customers and partners are:
General Motors and IBC
Land Rover
Jaguar
Dura Automotive

Caterpillar

London Taxis International
Warwick Manufacturing Group IARC/ PARD
Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK

We operate each of our components separately to feed into the BeadTech parent organisation. This means heated hoses are available from us even if you have never bought a system from us, as are seal kits or service parts. It means we can service your doser or pump even though you did not buy it from us. Of course, we provide a warranty on our service work too.

Our tool room operates as an independent business, can compete with any UK manufacturer for cutter grinding, milling or turning, and offers an exceptional long length lathe.

We provide parts for press shop operations such as suction cups and Joucomatic valves as standard (see our suction cups section).

We can supply dispense valves for all types of gluing systems, including the packaging industry standards such as Nordson or Robatech.

The company is based in the West Midlands. We keep a maintenance/ service office within the Land Rover factory, and have another facility and head office in Boldmere close to Dura and Jaguar. We maintain a further presence in Luton to provide swift service cover and response to the GM factory there.

Gordon Brady

Gordon Brady began his working life in the British Army with the Royal Engineers, training as an Electrical Engineer and serving in the UK, Germany and saw active service during the first Gulf War. After time served in the Army he worked as a Management Trainee in Retail Catering and quickly developed the strong man management skills required to successfully operate a fast moving multi unit catering business. Gordon was keen to utilise these new skills in his area of expertise as an electrical engineer and joined a company operating in the Automotive Industry as a service contractor in order to catch up on trends in the civilian workplace. This provided a springboard for him to run Bead Technologies Ltd - installing; operating and maintaining robotic dispense equipment for adhesives, sealants and glue.
